Please review the following guidelines and provide the necessary documentation if you are traveling under these conditions.

Guidelines For Traveling With Pets

To travel with a pet, please supply the following details about your pet:

  • Type
  • Breed
  • Weight

Pets may be brought into the cabin if they are leashed or in a cage, except for guide dogs

Required documentation includes:

  • An International Pet Passport
  • A microchip certificate
  • A current rabies vaccination certificate (administered between 21 and 90 days before the flight)
  • A treatment for Echinococcus tapeworm (for dogs only, administered 24 to 120 hours before the flight)

Note: Specific countries may have unique entry and exit requirements for pets, and we will inform you of any such additional requirements.


Travel Guidelines for Pregnant Passengers

If you are pregnant at the time of your flight, provide: The gestation period at the time of your flight

Travel is allowed:

  • Up to 36 weeks for a single pregnancy
  • Up to 32 weeks for multiple pregnancies

Medical certificate is necessary if traveling beyond 28 weeks:

  • The term of the pregnancy at the time of the flights
  • The date(s) of the flights

Requirements for Unaccompanied Minors

An unaccompanied minor is a person under the age of 18 years travelling alone, unaccompanied by parents, guardians, or family members older than 18 years.

Children under 18 traveling alone must meet these requirements

  • Children under 5 must travel with an authorized escort and a notarized travel authorization document.
  • Children aged 5 to 11 must be accompanied by someone over 16, typically a family member or guardian, along with a notarized travel document.
  • Minors aged 12 and up need a notarized travel authorization but no accompanying adult.

Details required for both departure and arrival of the unaccompanied minor include:

  • Name
  • Passport details or alternate photographic identification

Guidelines for Traveling with Weapons

Passengers wishing to bring weapons onboard must comply with the following:

  • Officers on official duty can travel with firearms, which will be collected at departure, stored securely during the flight, and returned on arrival.
  • Sporting weapons must be declared as such, with documentation proving they are for sporting use only.
  • All weapons and ammunition must be unloaded and securely stored. Handguns should be packed in luggage in the baggage compartment, and ammunition limited to 5 kg or less, packed securely in luggage.
